About us

We built
MissedCalls Help
so good leads never die on voicemail.

Small business owners are always on the move—on jobs, in meetings, on the road. That’s when calls get missed and customers move on. Traditional call centers feel rigid and pricey. Phone trees feel cold.

We took a simpler path: a natural-sounding AI receptionist that answers right away, holds a human conversation, captures the reason for the call, and sends you a quick summary. Setup takes minutes with straightforward call forwarding—no manuals, no drama.

Our mission is simple: help you win more business and get your time back, while giving every caller a friendly first impression.

RECENT EVENT

We've Visited VMX Show in Orlando

Our team from Missedcalls.help had the opportunity to attend the VMX Show in Orlando January 17–21, 2026, one of the largest and most influential events in the veterinary industry.

VMX brings together veterinary professionals, innovators, and technology providers from around the world, creating a space to share ideas, explore new solutions, and discuss the future of veterinary care. It was an inspiring experience to see how rapidly the industry is evolving and how technology continues to improve communication and patient care.

During the event, we connected with many passionate veterinary teams and had great conversations about one of the most common challenges clinics face, missed calls and missed opportunities to help pet owners. It was exciting to show how Missedcalls.help can support veterinary practices by ensuring that no client call goes unanswered.

We are grateful for the chance to meet so many amazing professionals and learn more about the needs of modern veterinary practices. Events like VMX remind us why we do what we do, helping clinics stay connected with their clients and provide better care for pets.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by Booth #928 to talk with us. We look forward to continuing these conversations and supporting veterinary teams across the industry.

We were at New York Vet – Booth #854

Recently, our team exhibited at New York Vet at the Javits Center in New York City, where we hosted booth #854. It was an opportunity to sit down with practice owners, managers, and veterinary teams and talk frankly about a problem everyone recognized: good client calls were still going to voicemail, and too many of those clients never called back.

Throughout the event, we walked visitors through how MissedCalls.Help fits into a busy veterinary practice. While doctors were in consults or surgery and front-desk teams were juggling in-person clients, our AI receptionist answered calls instantly, held a natural conversation, captured the reason for the call, and sent a clear, actionable summary.

At booth #854, we:

  • Showcased real-world call flows for client inquiries, refills, post-op concerns, and urgent cases.
  • Analyzed weekly missed-call rates and their impact on lost appointments and revenue.
  • Emphasized quick implementation via simple call forwarding, requiring no provider changes or staff retraining.

Those conversations at New York Vet helped confirm what we already believed: clinics don't need more complexity; they need a reliable, friendly first touch for every caller, even when the team is at full capacity.
